4L40E - Das 4-Gang-Getriebe kam 1998 als Nachfolger des 4L30E auf den Markt und wurde im BMW 318 verbaut. Konstruktive Grundlage dieses Automatikgetriebes war das 4L60E-Getriebe. Im Jahr 2007 endete die Produktion zugunsten des 6-Gang-Getriebes 6L45.

5L40E, A5S360R - 5-biegowa przekładnia wyszła na rynek w 1999 roku a od 2000r. była powszechnie montowana w samochodach z napędem RWD i AWD takich marek jak GM, BMW (3, 5, X5), Opel, Saturn, Cadillac i Land Rover z silnikami o pojemności od 2.0L do 3.6L. Potrafi osiągać moment obrotowy 340 Nm. Jej bazą konstrukcyjną jest 4L60E.

5L40E / A5S360R

5L50E, A5S390R - modyfikacja skrzyni biegów 5L40E przeznaczona do Cadillac STS i SRX z silnikami V8 o pojemności 4.6L. Osiąga moment obrotowy 430 Nm. Montowana była również w BMW X5 pod nazwą A5S390R. Przekładnia ta w naprawie wymaga doświadczenia.
